Bar Cynster Series Vol I by Stephanie Laurens

One of the most celebrated and certainly the biggest Regency romance series, involving members and friends of a powerful aristocratic family. The characters are a bit stereotyped: heroines are very beautiful, passionate and bossy. Of course, all of them, even widows, are virgins when they meet the heroes, who are dominant with great personality, but putty in their ladies' hands. However plots have variety and the stories are entertaining.
The collection includes:
1. The Promise in a Kiss
2. Devil's Bride
3. A Rake's Vow
4. Scandal's Bride
5. A Rogue's Proposal
6. A Secret Love
7. All About Love
8. All About Passion
9. On a Wild Night
10. On a Wicked Dawn

Amulet and Curse by Karen Hawkins

A Regency era Scottish romance series with the prequel set in the Elizabethan period. Hot spicy scenes, supernatural components, all-round entertainment. One unique feature of Karen Hawkins's novels is the democratization of the peerage. In her books, anybody and everybody, from knight to duke, even a 'mister', can be addressed as "my lord"; and peers can give away their titles and estates to whomever they wish, simply by making a will. This democratization may be appreciable, some would think, as evident from her awards; but this somewhat detracts from the vintage flavor. Other than this aspect, the series is highly entertaining.

Includes:

A. Hurst Amulet series

1. Much Ado About Marriage
2. One Night in Scotland
3. Scandal in Scotland
4. A Most Dangerous Profession
5. The Taming of a Scottish Princess

B. MacLean Curse series

2. To Scotland with Love
3. To Catch a Highlander
4. Sleepless in Scotland
5. The Laird who Loved Me
